If you submit your requests regarding these rights to us through the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Data Subject Application Form on the Site, your applications will be evaluated and concluded within the shortest time, and no later than 30 (thirty) days. No fee will be charged for these requests; however, if the process requires an additional cost, our Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the KVKK Board.
The data subject acknowledges that they may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site if they make a request that would result in their personal data being unusable by our Company and accepts that all responsibilities arising in this regard will belong to them.
